To all that came, thank you for showing support to your academy on such short notice. It reflects well on our school out to the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community when our students are hungry to learn.
We were rewarded greatly for our support with an excellent chain of moves to vastly improve our spider and open guard. Those who did not make it will suffer the consequences when they get into our spider guards

Thank you for an excellent seminar Braulio, and good luck in Abu Dhabi this weekend.
Tonight we have a new Blue Belt in the academy, and he is Rob Yorke. Rob has been training for over a year now at the academy his dedication to learning has shown as he return from injuries to continue his progress. Congratulations Rob on your well deserved promotion!
There has been a change, Braulio Estima's seminar at the Soca Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy will be changed to Wednesday.

Braulio must train for Abu Dhabi on Saturday, and these last few days are vital for him.

You know the saying you miss a day you miss a lot, well today we had a special guest; he's a European Champion, Multiple time Mundial Champion and Pan-Ams Champion, no other than Braulio "Carcará" Estima! It was a great to have Braulio here tonight at the academy. Braulio showed some moves and then trained with us. Don't worry you still have a chance to train with him! Tomorrow he's going to be back at the academy, if you want to schedule a private with him now is your opportunity. Don't miss your chance to train with this world renown champion before he heads to New Jersey to compete in the Abu Dhabi Tournament next week.
