Jiu-Jitsu history can be traced back to India, where it was practiced by Buddhist monks many centuries ago. The monks used the art as self-defense by relying on techniques of balance and leverage without the use of weapons. With Buddhism spreading to other Asian nations, finally arriving to Japan, where it gained a lot of popularity. Jiu Jitsu is still practiced in it’s traditional form today.
What is BP?
BP is a conditioning training program that
increases your strength, speed, endurance,flexibility and/or any other physical attribute. Conditioning workouts can trim fat, increase muscle tone and prepare your body for the rigors of any sports. Classes are designed to be performed in one hour with a mix of functional exercises, weight lifting and plyometric exercises.
What is the goal of BP program?
First is your well being, Second is improving your health conditions and third is your personal goal which can be weight loss, increase stamina, develop a better coordination, became more flexible or simply a life changing for a better life quality.
